i love the kind of activism you can do by wearing ribbons:
"what's the white ribbon for?" "to repeal proposition 8--they're hearing arguments on thursday." "what's that?" "the ban on gay marriage in california"
Haha, hooray for passive activism. One of my friends is going to be in San Francisco when the court case is decided. I can only imagine the excited tension in the air there.
Nobody has asked about my ribbon yet. They either know what it means or have grouped it among other "weird" things I do ;-)
